"One Down, One To Go" 09/05/2003 A new group of volunteers arrived in St. Vincent last week. I remember when I first came to St. Vincent I was wondering if I would still be around to greet the next group. We'll see if I am around for the next group of volunteers a year from now. A lot can happen in just 12 months. I have been very busy lately. I have been organizing and teaching computer classes at both the Colonarie and South Rivers community centers. It also seems like every person I know who has a computer has asked me to come fix something. A new volunteer has been assigned to the Colonarie center. He will take over from me soon so I can just focus on South Rivers. Not much has happened that is journal material. I did start running again after a several month break. I was just getting too lazy and weak. I have also begun the process of writing applications to grad school. It feels nice to think that I will be able to move on to something more exciting after this.
